Preserve / Glenorchy

One of Oakville's newer communities in north Oakville.

Welcome to Preserve / Glenorchy

Glenorchy/The Preserve, one of Oakville's newer communities in north Oakville, is a master-planned community modeled after small Ontario towns and is filled with natural corridors for walking/biking/hiking, multiple parks, and village squares. Integrated with schools, parks, picnic areas, ponds, green space, and preserved forestlands creates a small-town vibe and promotes a strong sense of family. Mindful architectural diversity provides appealing streetscapes, and the community retail outlets and services supply added convenience. Since 2011 reputable builders have constructed a good mix of high-style detached homes, semi-detached, three-storey and two-storey towns, and condos.

Many builders are still offering pre-construction homes for sale. Residents are immersed in a small-town culture yet are only minutes from the Uptown Core for shopping and restaurants, specialty shops and favourites like Fortino's and Longos, the Sixteen Mile Creek Sports Complex for recreation, the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, and highways and the GO Train are nearby for commuters.
